Job summary

Paragon Medical is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventative and corrective work on electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will read blueprints and schematics, use diagnostic tools, and coordinate with the team to keep equipment reliable and productive.

You will follow safety procedures, maintain records, and contribute ideas to improve maintenance efficiency while supporting a clean, organized, 6S workplace in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum three (3) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Knowledge of PPE safety regulations and proper PPE use.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Technical certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, general, installation and repair work on electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals to guide maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize and assign jobs; monitor variances and ensure records are maintained.
• Follow safe work procedures and applicable regulations (EHS, Hazcom, LOTO, etc.).
• Operate and maintain plant and machinery to support production.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and productivity of the maintenance department.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping practices and adhere to schedules and procedures.
