Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial mechanical/electrical/maintenance roles.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, manuals, and technical docs.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• WillingNESS to work overtime and respond to emergencies.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
• Inspect equipment and identify hazards, defects, and maintenance needs while ensuring safety standards.
• Support installation, modification, calibration, and repair of production equipment and related systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to identify parts and diagnose issues.
• Assist in training Maintenance Technician I employees, promoting safe work practices.
• Maintain maintenance records, submit parts requests, and document work activities.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement aligned with OEE.
