Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems.
• Two to three years hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of power transmission, conveyors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid-transfer systems.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
• Basic fabrication skills and safe use of measuring instruments and power hand tools.
• Basic computer and email skills.
• Ability to work independently, flexible hours, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial mechanical and electrical equipment, including control systems down to component level.
• Maintain and repair power transmission equipment and motors.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair transfer systems like conveyors and lifts.
• Read schematics and service pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid-transfer systems.
• Complete planned maintenance inspections and repairs according to schedule with PPE and safety procedures.
• Perform basic fabrication using tools and measuring devices.
• Support maintenance communication via computer/email and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance leadership.
