Job summary

Magnaflow is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Oceanside, CA facility. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime, while adhering to OSHA and safety standards. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity

Qualifications

2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Trade school or military training preferred.
Experience with electrical (110v-480v AC, 24vDC) and mechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and panel layouts.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, test and repair industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Repair electrical systems, motors, control panels and wiring.
Support facility projects including electrical installations and data cabling.
Maintain CMMS records and report breakdowns.
Ensure 5S and safety standards are followed.
