Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours/week), M-F 8:00am–4:30pm with every other weekend and holidays.

You will receive and follow maintenance schedules, perform general maintenance tasks, and handle minor repairs as directed. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of related maintenance experience, valid driver's license, and HVAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred).
• General maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Snow removal.
