Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Reliability focus with asset performance improvement preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency in continuous production.
• Structured maintenance organization with planning tools and processes.
• Familiarity with ISO quality programs.
• Ability to monitor and improve PM/PD maintenance using KPIs.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS for planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve real‑time technical issues on production lines to maintain standards.
• Repair and maintain diverse equipment and systems ensuring quality and compliance.
• Respond to malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime in continuous manufacturing.
• Maintain and analyze maintenance records to identify recurring issues and improve reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and reports addressing reliability challenges.
• Utilize data management systems to track performance metrics like OEE and failure analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with new methods and technologies.
• Execute and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Facilitate FMEA sessions for risk identification and prevention.
• Apply predictive technologies such as vibration analysis and thermography.
• Develop and update structured maintenance plans based on data and trends.
• Collaborate with manufacturers during acceptance testing to ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain SOPs to guide safe, effective maintenance tasks.
