Job summary

The Technician - Maintenance 2 at Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. supports the safe and efficient production of products by troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure reliability.

You will be the mechanical expert for the production team, conducting diagnostics, making repairs, training colleagues, and continually pursuing improvements while maintaining ISO Good Manufacturing Practices and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED, or 2–4 years related experience.
• Proficient in operating continuous motion packaging, filling and palletizing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the mechanical expert to support production and ensure equipment runs properly.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs as needed.
• Train team members on mechanical processes and safety practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain ISO GMP standards.
