  • Experience with industrial electrical systems, mechanical/electrical devices, circuits, robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS for planning and execution.
  • Analytical strength and problem-solving using data to drive reliability improvements.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues on production lines to maintain operational standards and minimize disruptions.
  • Repair and maintain diverse production equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with process requirements and product quality.
  • Respond to equipment malfunctions and emergencies promptly, supporting continuous manufacturing operations with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and analyze maintenance records to identify recurring issues, improve reliability, and inform long-term strategies.
  • Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and reports to address reliability challenges and implement solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Utilize data management systems to track performance metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and conduct failure analysis.
  • Support facility-wide continuous improvement initiatives that deploy new methods, tools, and technologies for enhanced productivity.
  • Execute and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs, applying advanced techniques to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.
  • Facilitate Equipment Criticality assessments and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) sessions for risk identification and prevention.
  • Apply predictive technologies, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and motor testing, to improve performance reliability.
  • Develop and update structured maintenance plans based on historical data, failure patterns, and emerging best practices.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers during acceptance testing to ensure quality standards and functional compliance.
  • Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide safe, effective execution of maintenance tasks by team members.
Requirements & Qualifications
