Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Level Two Maintenance technician to perform basic PM on CNC equipment, assist with repairs on manual machines, and read shop prints. Typically 3–6 years of experience and basic carpentry understanding are required.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English required.
• Basic shop math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as wrenches.
• Ability to use inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, comparators.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and prints.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under PPE and functional safety guidelines.
• Correctly interpret work orders.
• Lift up to 45lbs.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Work in a team environment, following instructions and assisting others as needed.
• Perform intermediate facility maintenance tasks.
• Perform intermediate equipment maintenance tasks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
