Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Level Two maintenance technician in Langhorne, PA to perform basic preventive maintenance on CNC equipment, inspect components, and assist in general machine shop tasks.

You will read work orders, use micrometers and calipers, perform basic shop math, and follow safety guidelines. The role requires 3–6 years of experience, strong teamwork, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic shop math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Experience using hand tools such as wrenches.
• Experience with inspection tools: micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic prints.

Job description

Level Two: Level Two: Building upon level one, level two maintenance persons perform basic PM on CNC such as fans, and filters, and silicone lathes, minor repairs on, manual machines, mills, lathes, grinders, small ovens, sealers, etc. Basic understanding of carpentry; good communication skills a must in reading, writing and verbalizing, calipers and basic shop math. Typically 3-6 years of experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Adheres to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
