Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance worker or similar role.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, woodwork, drywall, masonry, painting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; weekends may be required.
• Adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and address them.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Support facility-related projects and renovations.
