Job summary

Tunceli Projects in Santa Clarita, CA, is seeking a Technician II to support our PET bottle production line. The role covers machine maintenance, diagnostics, and both preventative and corrective actions to improve profitability, safety, and ergonomics.

Cross-training in blow molding and process maintenance is expected to enhance versatility. The technician will assist the Chief Engineer and management on various projects, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality production

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial processing equipment is required.
• 5–7 years minimum in an industrial setting with processing or maintenance responsibilities.
• Technical school training in Injection/Blow Molding is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot blow molding and injection equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production lines.
• Assist with machine installation and start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Reduce scrap and improve process uptime.
• Cross-train technicians on mold changes, mold cleaning, and equipment operations.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
