Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Lightfighter, a 133-unit affordable family housing community in Marina, CA. The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience with knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general upkeep.

A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required; Yardi Voyager is a plus. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $37.00 per hour, with new-hire targets generally $25.00–$31.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, weather stripping, doors/windows.
• Performs interior repairs related to walls and doors.
• Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches.
• Changes AC filters, checks coils, cleans and repairs when necessary.
• Ensures turnover of units in 5 days.
