Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our 405-unit community. You will perform daily maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and prep vacant apartments for new residents. You will also participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Minimum one year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.

Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
Maintain exterior areas and common areas of the property.
Participate in on-call emergencies and support resident needs.
Communicate with vendors and document maintenance activities.
