Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Afternoon Shift in Maryland. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment, handle preventive maintenance, and keep detailed service records to ensure safe, reliable operation.

This role requires multi-craft skills, PLC/CMMS knowledge, and the ability to read drawings. On-site work, with a strong safety culture and competitive benefits, awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a multi-craft technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems including PLCs and CMMS.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment in good, safe working order.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment and panels.
• Perform preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure proper start-up of equipment at shift start.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related facilities.
