Job summary

ARaymond Network is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding presses and related equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, building maintenance, and documenting maintenance activities while ensuring safety compliance.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years in maintenance, and willingness to work overtime. SAP experience and knowledge of PLCs/robotics are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years’ experience in a maintenance repair position.
• Some knowledge of PLCs and robotics preferred but not required.
• SAP experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, auxiliaries, and robotics.
• Fabricate and repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed.
• Perform building maintenance as needed.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
