Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment. EPA Universal Certification preferred.

You will respond to residential work orders, document work in the maintenance system, and support building upkeep. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and 3+ years of maintenance experience are required; CFC certification within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum three years of general maintenance experience.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilize maintenance management software to document data and resolutions.

Job Description

• Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.
• Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
• $25.00/Hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
