Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional in Mechanicsburg, PA to perform general maintenance tasks and follow established schedules. The role includes minor repairs, carpentry, and snow removal as part of daily duties.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour work week, typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some weekends/holidays. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits and on-site amenities described in the listing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred).
• General Maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Snow removal.
