Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Technician I to maintain production equipment and support preventative maintenance in our Sparks, NV facility. You will work with a team to troubleshoot, repair, and improve machinery while performing operator duties as needed.

The role requires basic high school education and at least two years in manufacturing, with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor settings, gauges, and sensors to keep machines within specs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance per documented requirements.
• Observe machines for abnormalities and report issues.
• Tighten bolts, inspect belts and chains for wear; ensure proper tension.
• Carry out basic machinist tasks: cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, part swaps.
• Restore machines to correct operating functions and adjust mechanisms as needed.
• Recover error codes and troubleshoot common issues with tools and meters.
• Utilize hand and power tools and material handling equipment as required.
• Document all work performed on equipment with accuracy.
• Assist operators with cleaning, minor repairs, and adjustments as needed.
• Support process improvements to boost efficiency and production.
