Mmsteam in East Peoria, IL is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support industrial equipment and robotic automation systems. You will learn and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and robotic issues, and assist with repairs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and sensors.

This full-time role on 2nd shift offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus shift differential, with overtime opportunities and a path to advanced manufacturing skills through

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, robotics, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems is helpful and reading measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment issues.
• Replace belts, bearings, chains, rollers, and other wear components.
• Help repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Record completed work in the CMMS maintenance system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
