Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform high-level maintenance and repairs on roasters, grinding, packaging equipment, and facilities. You will coordinate with production leadership to schedule work, diagnose issues, and execute timely repairs while upholding food-grade standards.

The role emphasizes Equipment PM, inventory control, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience required, preferably industrial or machine-related.
• 3-5+ years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high level technical PM tasks on packaging lines, roasters, burners and grinders.
• Attend daily turnover meetings and report on maintenance activities and repairs.
• Diagnose, plan, and execute repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and supplies for maintenance operations.
• Record maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
• Adhere to food grade standards during all maintenance activities.
• Operate safely and comply with safety concepts related to maintenance.
