Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Big Pine Key, Florida is hiring for Maintenance - Level I. As a Maintenance Worker you perform light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial to meet our community's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform light repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Keep amenity spaces and grounds well maintained and debris-free.
• Coordinate with management on safety and maintenance projects.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks.
• Report issues and perform on-call repairs.
• Attend daily morning staff meetings.
