Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to join the on-site team. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to keep common areas and property amenities well maintained and safe.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call after hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial tasks.
• Maintain amenity spaces and keep grounds clean and safe.
• Collaborate with management to keep property appealing and well-maintained.
• Attend daily staff meetings and communicate vendor appointments and work requirements.
• Move heavy objects, operate maintenance trucks, and monitor inventory and supplies.
