Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to join our residential communities. You’ll perform a range of upkeep tasks, assist with repairs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
• Maintain amenity spaces to meet quality maintenance standards.
• Keep grounds clean and debris-free.
• Coordinate with management to keep property safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and supplies.
