Dawn Foods Denver Manufacturing Plant is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery across a 24/7 operation. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and rapid resolution of equipment issues to keep lines running.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with PLC/welding skills highly valued. Proficiency in GMP, IFS, and SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training or equivalent desirable.
• Minimum of one year of maintenance experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiar with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; able to troubleshoot and repair.
• PLC and welding skills are highly desired.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and read/interpret safety and operating documents.
• Ability to follow OSHA regulations (LOTO, PPE, confined space, etc.).
• Strong communication with maintenance and other departments.
• Basic math能力 and tool-set possession.

Responsabilités

• Perform safe installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment in a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.
• Maintain equipment and improve processes; log work into CMMS; complete scheduled work orders on time.
• Dismantle, repair or replace defective machines; troubleshoot electrical devices.
• Maintain GMP, IFS, and SOP compliance for food safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to sustain efficient operations.
