Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to help create a comfortable stay for guests in our Hawaii properties.

You will perform routine facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, while ensuring each unit and building are in excellent working order. You’ll work with a team to complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety checks, reporting findings to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs.
• Repair plumbing components such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs with appropriate methods.
• Replace electrical components like breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets; identify and address hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on systems such as HVAC and others.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, ceilings; patch drywall and repaint as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
