Travel + Leisure Co. in Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep resort units and buildings in top condition. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, handle service requests, repairs, and make-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that preserves optimum quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including trash removal and general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
