Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair fixtures including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and waste areas.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
