Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Maintenance Partner to join a team-focused environment. You will report to the Maintenance Team Leader with direct responsibilities to the Production Team Leader, providing technical support to maintain safe, high-quality production at optimal cost.

You will work with building systems, electrical and electronics, and shop equipment, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple disciplines to keep lines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and apply basic electrical and mechanical schematics
• Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and cooling systems
• Ability to identify sanitary drain systems and grease traps
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic drafting concepts
• Proficient in desktop programs (MP2, email, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Maintains manufacturing processes and equipment in optimum condition and supports process effectiveness (TPO)
• Operates tools and equipment across electrical, electronics, mechanical, and hydraulic domains
• Provides technical support to ensure safe, high-quality, timely production at best cost
