NOVO Health Services in the hospital linen sector is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs, adjustments, overhauls, or preventive maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electronic problems, and handle plumbing, carpentry, welding, or electrical tasks when needed.

This full-time role requires following specifications, blueprints, and manuals, dismantling defective machines, repairing parts, and maintaining logs and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Repair, modify, or fabricate parts for mechanical equipment in a laundry plant.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; diagnose faults by testing and inspection.
• Dismantle, replace defective parts, and adjust feed mechanisms.
• Clean, lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and related components.
• Log daily startup procedures and maintain accurate work orders.
