Job summary

NOVO Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs, adjustments, overhauls, and preventive maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment. The role requires troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems with urgency in a hands-on plant setting.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will also handle plumbing, carpentry, welding, or electrical tasks as needed and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment with logbooks and work orders kept up to

Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical and electrical repairs in a plant setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Aptitude for welding and fabrication tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, and overhaul laundry and boiler room equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly with urgency.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, welding as needed.
• Log startup procedures and maintain work orders.
