Drury Inn & Suites in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain and repair hotel facilities, ensuring safe and smooth operations. You will perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems, and support preventative programs.

The role requires strong hands-on maintenance skills, the ability to troubleshoot machinery, and readiness for emergency repairs.

Competenze

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across hotel systems.
• Ability to dismantle or repair equipment to restore function.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance.
