Responsibilities

• Assist in equipment repair and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Repair, replace, or adjust equipment to production requirements.
• Consult with engineers and vendors; perform layout work; troubleshoot equipment.
• Adhere to Simmons safety policies and government safety/environment regulations.
• Participate with the team to implement policies and ensure cohesiveness and synergy.
• Maintain Simmons operating system principles and contribute improvement ideas.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support business objectives.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting 75-150 pounds and working in extreme temperatures and noisy environments.
