Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners in Boulder, CO is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support day-to-day upkeep of properties and facilities. The role requires semi-skilled work across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, with a focus on safety and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance and repair experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Ability to follow set procedures for record keeping and complete paperwork.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to work outdoors, in confined spaces, and around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing semi-skilled maintenance tasks on properties and units.
• Paint, drywall repair, and basic carpentry on property assets.
• Support Maintenance Technicians II/III and contractors as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and participate in on-call emergency duties.
