Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a PRN Maintenance worker for Ivy Gables Senior Living in Delaware. The role involves following the maintenance schedule and performing general tasks, with some electrical, plumbing, and painting duties.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, every other weekend; 4-hour shifts; $20.00/hour based on experience. Qualifications include 3-5 years in maintenance and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.
