Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Kansas City is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment to support production and quality.

Under limited supervision, you will troubleshoot, repair, and document work in CMMS, perform root cause analyses, and assist with facility projects while following safety procedures and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Must have 3 years of experience repairing conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment.
Ability to document work clearly in CMMS and tickets.
Strong basic Excel skills and PLC troubleshooting capability.
Willing to travel up to 10% (in-state and out-of-state).
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate as needed.
Document all work in CMMS and keep accurate equipment logs.
Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist with facilities projects and perform basic carpentry/plumbing tasks as needed.
Test assembled equipment and verify production operation; record delays and corrective actions.
