Qualifications

• Three years of experience in hands-on maintenance in a large facility.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Clean, valid NYS driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with major repair coordination and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and maintain resident confidentiality.
