Hartzell Propeller in Piqua, OH, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving CNC machinery, production support equipment, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and be willing to work overtime or off shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of experience.
• Willing to work overtime and on off shifts as required.
• Ability to read CNC electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Knowledge of Mazatrol, Fanuc and Siemens controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform coolant, filter and oil changes on equipment
• Develop placards (Preventative maintenance)
• Read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Repair and maintain CNC machinery and production equipment
• Operate tow motor and scissor lift
• Move equipment and re-install electrical, air and network as required
