Hartzell Propeller, a leading aircraft propeller designer and maker founded in 1917, seeks a Machine Maintenance Technician for its Piqua, OH-area facilities. You will keep CNC, robotic, and automated systems running to minimize downtime and support multi-site operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years experience; overtime and off-shift work may be necessary. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a strong growth program in aviation technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of experience; trade school a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and off-shift hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and support machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other trades on projects: robotic cells, utilities installations, process changes.
• Develop preventative maintenance placards and documentation.
• Repair equipment: dismantle faulty parts and install replacements; assist with test runs.
• Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment; relocate and rewire as needed.
• Perform plumbing tasks including pipe running, leak repair, and drain clearing.
