Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for West Pine Residences in Georgia. You will handle essential repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to keep properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, with on-call duties as needed. You will work closely with residents, vendors, and staff to uphold quality housing standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge: REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns and maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Carry applicable maintenance tools.
• Assist with unit make-readies including painting and cleaning.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and vendors.
