Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a production environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electromechanical issues, document activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and overall plant performance.

Job Description

This Maintenance Technician I will support the ongoing operation, reliability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems within a production environment. Day to day responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on wire processing equipment, injection molding machines, and other production machinery; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; completing repairs and component replacements; and responding to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. This individual will assist with equipment installations, maintenance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting plant safety, quality, and production goals. The Maintenance Technician will also document maintenance activities, manage work orders through maintenance systems, maintain an organized work area, and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall plant performance.
