Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician in Peoria, AZ. You will complete work orders, service HVAC systems, and prepare apartments for new residents while upholding property standards.

You must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and the ability to work on-call rotations. A valid driver’s license and hand tools are required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience; property/housing experience is a plus.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on HVAC system expertise.
• Must participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; off-site work possible.
• Provide own hand tools for daily tasks.
• Able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and complete punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and the visual appearance of the property.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently


• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep


• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list


• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards


• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal


• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents


• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)


• Hold EPA licensure


• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems


• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled


• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site


• Provide own hand tools


• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
