Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Peoria, AZ is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to keep our properties in top condition.

You'll complete work orders, maintain HVAC, prepare apartments, and collaborate with teams while delivering excellent resident service. Must have EPA license, 3+ years experience, own tools, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management or housing.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to go off-site as needed.
• Provide own hand tools for tasks.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Description

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready's, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
