Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Peoria, AZ is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to keep our properties in top condition.

You'll complete work orders, maintain HVAC, prepare apartments, and collaborate with teams while delivering excellent resident service. Must have EPA license, 3+ years experience, own tools, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management or housing.
EPA licensure required.
Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to go off-site as needed.
Provide own hand tools for tasks.
Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and perform repairs and preventive upkeep.
Prepare apartments for new residents, make readies, and punch lists.
Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
