Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance in guest rooms and throughout the hotel, ensuring the property meets high standards of cleanliness and repair.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in maintenance, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work with teams to deliver excellent guest experiences. This role requires reliable availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to manage daily activities per schedule.
• Strong communication with guests and co-workers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physical strength to operate equipment and lift items.
• Dependable with good attendance; weekend/holiday work required.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest room preventive maintenance and cleaning per guidelines.
• Use GC/PM checklists and log work performed.
• Record and report progress; store reports per guidelines.
• Address guest and associate requests promptly and efficiently.
• Comply with hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Complete maintenance work orders timely.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
