Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspects community and advises supervisors of issues or makes corrections.
• Maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner.
• Paints or touches up common areas as needed.
• Performs general repairs such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing when a permit is not required.
• Maintains maintenance records and reports as directed by supervisors.
