Job summary

The-Caleb-Group seeks an energetic maintenance professional to support apartment communities in Sanford, ME. You will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds, while coordinating with management, residents, and subcontractors.

A clean driver's license is required and you will participate in a rolling on-call schedule. Ideal candidates bring experience with appliance and fixture repairs, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.

Apartment communities in Sanford seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.

BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• repairs to appliances and fixtures
• patch holes in walls
• paint building interiors
• clean vacant units and interior spaces
• miscellaneous carpentry repairs
• change locks
• grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal

$23-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Full benefits, including medical, dental and 401k with match.

Requirements

A clean drivers license is a necessity.
