Job summary

Landmark Hotel Group in Hampton, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Hampton. The role requires performing electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks to keep guest areas safe and welcoming, with a focus on reliability and guest satisfaction.

You will handle work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, and participate in rounds around guest rooms and public spaces, including weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing electrical and plumbing tasks in a hotel or similar environment.
• Ability to read work orders and complete tasks promptly.
• Physical fitness to carry out maintenance duties and work in shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders from all departments in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct rounds to identify problem areas and safety concerns.

• Complete work orders from all departments promptly.
