You will handle work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, and participate in rounds around guest rooms and public spaces, including weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing electrical and plumbing tasks in a hotel or similar environment.
• Ability to read work orders and complete tasks promptly.
• Physical fitness to carry out maintenance duties and work in shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders from all departments in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct rounds to identify problem areas and safety concerns.
• Perform electrical and plumbing tasks and handle chemicals per hotel requirements.
