Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Tech for COUNTRY INN & SUITES VIRGINIA BEACH OCEANFRONT. This full-time role involves completing work orders promptly, performing rounds to inspect problem areas, and conducting preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, a strong work ethic, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and a commitment to guest service in a family-like team.

Qualifications

• Good attitude and work ethic to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to exert physical effort as part of maintenance duties.
• Understanding of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
